Women report what has strengthened them on their life journey.
Artists visualize what they said.

For the project “Role Models – im Spiegel mit mir” five artists created portraits of five strong women without ever having met them. The artworks are based on interviews, conducted and transcribed to document the careers of these women and to describe the gender roles associated and experienced. This resulted in portraits without a face and free from visual attributions.<\/p>

In November 2022, the artworks and the extensive project brochure were presented at the “Arbeiterkammer Steiermark. “Role Models – im Spiegel mit mir” has been traveling through Styria as an exhibition since the beginning of 2023.<\/p>
